Clouds from the Window

White clouds stretch across a deep blue aerial view, their rounded forms giving way to softer layers in the distance. Craig made the photograph through an airplane window, turning the passing sky into a landscape of its own. Small variations in brightness reveal the clouds' height and texture. The view invites the same wandering attention as a mountain panorama, with the familiar ground replaced by shapes that are continually forming and dispersing.
